Which cards actually go in the box?
Postage is paid per package, not per card, so what one card costs to grade depends on how many travel with it. That means the answer for a box is not the answer for a card repeated. Add what you are thinking of sending and this picks the tier, the batch and the cards.

What a sharp, modern card has to sell for ungraded before grading it at PSA pays. Twenty cards in one box share the postage, so the bar drops.
How the planner prices cards
Condition here is one click per card. That is deliberate: a plan you never finish entering is worth nothing. The words are the single card check's own (Like new, Great, Good, Worn), all judged by eye, and the planner adds one more, Flawless, for a card that is perfect under a loupe. A card is priced the same way on both, on the same sale prices and, with Pro, the same sold price for the grade it most likely gets. What can still differ is postage and tier: here a card shares its box's postage and goes on its box's tier, where the check prices it sent alone on the tier you pick. A price you choose with Use on the card check stays on that page and is not used here. Use the single card page when you want centering measured properly, and treat these as a first pass.
